Danny Batsalkin’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach are revolutionizing the way real estate transactions are handled in Los Angeles.
Drawing on his education (he has a degree in Marketing, an MBA in Finance and a Law Degree), sports background (he played football at the University of Arizona) and experience, Danny applies an unparalleled level of customer service, discipline, analysis and innovative marketing to produce incredible results for his clients.
Above all else, Danny is passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and loves working with his clients. Top L.A. attorneys and executives, CPA’s, doctors, entrepreneurs, celebrities and athletes who have worked with Danny appreciate his personality and sense of humor as much as his insight, knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism.
Danny’s clients will tell you that he is relentless, passionate and ultimately focuses his efforts on saving them time and money while making their real estate sale, purchase or lease a fun and exciting time in their lives (as opposed to a stressful experience).
Danny works at all ends of the pricing and real estate spectrum, giving it his all whether he is helping a first-time buyer, a trade-up seller and buyer, someone downsizing or relocating, or whether he is working on a multi-million dollar property sale or purchase. Danny also frequently works with investor clients on renovation and new construction projects.
Danny loves his career and the positive impact he has on his clients as he helps them successfully navigate one of the largest financing and emotional decisions of their lives.
Danny has brought innovation and excitement to the traditionally static real estate environment. Examples of this include Danny’s results-oriented and client-focused active marketing plan, which is followed precisely to achieve stellar results for his clients, as well as Danny’s innovative buyer-focused website, which provides the ultimate property search and purchasing experience in Los Angeles.
Before following his passion for real estate and becoming a real estate broker 7 years ago, Danny practiced real estate law at a Top 100 international law firm in Los Angeles. After leaving the practice of law, Danny co-founded a successful boutique real estate company, and then merged that company into Rodeo Realty in 2011. Danny graduated from Pepperdine University Law School with honors and from Pepperdine’s Business School with an MBA in Finance. Danny received a Marketing degree at the University of Arizona, where he also played football.
Danny attributes his success to his education and background, which allow him to provide the highest level of service and results for his clients.
Danny’s expertise in negotiations was honed during his years as an attorney. For his MBA, Danny focused in Finance, obtaining the skills he uses daily to analyze real estate pricing, trends and market statistics for the Los Angeles area real estate market. While playing football at the University of Arizona, Danny developed the discipline and work ethic necessary to achieve stellar results for his clients.
Danny’s unique background and skill set allows him to offer much more in-depth analysis and insight into real estate pricing and is invaluable in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
Danny is extremely passionate about real estate and seeks to constantly improve the level of service he provides to his clients.
“I am dedicated to exceeding my clients’ expectations, from the initial consultation through closing of the transaction and beyond … I do this through a commitment to continuous improvement, listening to my clients’ goals and desires, knowledge of the local market, and expert negotiation and problem solving skills.”
