Combining over ten years of sales and management experience with growing up working in the construction industry with his father, Joe offers a unique perspective of the real estate process. He has an uncanny ability to identify potential issues which can save his clients time and expense while minimizing the stress associated with a transaction.
Joe began his real estate career in 2007, just as the historic subprime mortgage meltdown occurred, with the Keller Williams San Diego Metro market center. “I was carrying my supplies into the office at the same time a dozen seasoned agents were packing up and leaving” he recalls of his first few weeks in the industry. Not one to quit, he chose to power through one of the most challenging markets in recorded history an surface as a top producer in his market. He devoted himself to obtaining an in-depth understanding of the distressed property market and the constantly evolving mortgage industry. He knew that this knowledge would be his key to survival in tough times.
Throughout his career, Joe has received many accolades from clients and peers alike. He has been acknowledged not only for his sales production and customer service but also his willingness to help whenever and however he can.
Joe and his wife, Allison, moved to Los Angeles in the winter of 2010. They were attracted to the vibrant spirit of the city and the opportunities that it presented them. When he is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family most of all. His interests include fitness, music, movies, the NFL, technology and computers, anything with an engine, crossword puzzles and brainteasers, travel, food and cooking, as well as the occasional night on the town.
Joe chose to join the Batsalkin Group upon moving to L.A. because Danny and the entire team embodied all of the core values that he believes in. Together, they work diligently to provide outstanding service to their clients and seek to better their community through various charities and events.
