Founded in 2004 by Danny Batsalkin and Elena Dubinsky, Boulevard Realty quickly grew into a premier boutique residential real estate company, proudly serving the needs of sellers and buyers in the greater Los Angles area.
Utilizing the skills they learned as attorneys at top international law firms, Danny and Elena brought that same attention to detail and strategic negotiation skills to the residential real estate industry.
Looking to leverage their established reputation and brand image, Danny and Elena are extremely excited and enthusiastic about joining forces with Rodeo Realty, the premier real estate brand in the Los Angeles area.

Along with Danny and Elena, the team coming over to Rodeo Realty includes real estate experts Joe Girvin, Zhanna Shamrakov, Debra Azar, and executive assistant Melissa Belt.
The group will work out of Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office, which is moving to a spectacular new location in April.
